Generated quote is based on the current inspection and understanding of the leather or goods condition provided by the client.
Final pricing may vary if additional damage or restoration needs are discovered during the service.
All restoration work aims to improve appearance and functionality but may not completely restore items to original factory condition.
Estimated turnaround times are subject to change based on workload and material availability.
Custom requests or special treatments will be quoted separately.
Please provide any relevant information about the item’s history, prior repairs, or allergies to materials used.

Quote Validity: This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change after this period.
Scope of Work: The quote covers only the specified restoration services. Any additional work requested or required beyond the scope will incur extra charges.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to schedule and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before item collection or delivery.
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of completion. If you are unsatisfied with the restoration, please contact us within this period to discuss a resolution or possible rework. Returns beyond normal wear and tear or misuse are not accepted.
Liability: While we take utmost care during restoration, we do not accept liability for pre-existing structural damages or conditions beyond reasonable repair.
Item Collection/Delivery: Items must be collected or delivery arranged within 14 days of completion. Storage beyond this period may incur fees.
Material Variations: Colors and finishes may slightly vary due to material differences or aging, and exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable if work has commenced or materials have been purchased.
Privacy: Customer information and item details will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of restoration services.
